
David Marinoff, Chairman
David Marinoff is the founder of MAS. David holds a BA degree from Wesleyan University, and MBA and JD degrees from Columbia University. David began his banking career at J.P. Morgan in Structured Products and Derivatives Marketing, where he advised clients on risk management, and marketed interest rate and FX swaps. Subsequently, David joined Morgan Stanley where he was an Executive Director in that firm’s Global Capital Markets division. At Morgan Stanley, he structured and marketed billions of dollars of catastrophe bonds, sidecars, public and private XXX securitizations and solutions, life settlement vehicles, and bank hybrid capital.
While working on these transactions, David Marinoff's extensive experience with regulatory capital and accounting for banks and insurance companies, and the ability to work with clients to help them understand their options and needs. He has strong relationships with a large network of investors, attorneys, rating agencies, regulators and service providers. David is now a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners in their Global Capital Markets Division.

Vladimir Sorokulov, Director of Quantitative Services
Vladimir's background comes from the Insurance and Life Settlement industries. He has over 9 years of experience in quantitative analysis and financial modeling. Vladimir holds a Masters in Statistics from Kyiv National Taras Shevechenko Univerisity, Ukraine, and an MBA in Finance from Auburn University.

Crissy Dailey, Operations Manager
Crissy has a background in marketing and operations. Over the past 10 years, she has worked at a private asset management firm, at Merrill Lynch and most recently at Morgan Stanley. She joined Marinoff Advisory in 2009. Crissy holds a B.A. from Marquette University.

Alexis DeSieno, Financial Analyst
Formerly an analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Bank Advisory Group, Alexis worked with David on advising financial institutions in the U.S., as well as on transactions in the bank Hybrid Capital space. Prior to the Bank Advisory Team, she worked in the Securitization Group doing equipment finance and royalty securitizations. Alexis has also worked on the Quantitative Strategies Team in Private Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley, focusing on Ultra-High Net Worth clients. Alexis holds a B.S. from M.I.T.

Scott has over five years of life settlement industry experience. He specializes in servicing life insurance policies and portfolios; premium payment processing; policy value verification; and obtaining medical records and life expectancy reports. Scott attended the Ohio State University and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
